Sunday Morning (28/12/08) Walk

The dogs always look forward to an adventure on Sunday mornings. So we pack them into the car and take them to an isolated bush spot somewhere and off we go. With the wet starting, there are fewer places that are not under a foot or more of water and therefore a crocodile playground, but we always manage to find a trail. Notice how green the bush is now compared to a few weeks ago when all was brown and gold.

Also the pics show a scene we never thought we would see, the Red dog trotting happily along OFF LEAD!!!! He doesn't really listen very much better than he ever did in so far as coming when he is called. The major difference now is that he is 77 and I am only 64 so I can out run him, hehehehe!!!

The Town Dog is as gorgeous as ever! Before she came to live with us, the Aboriginal kids called her "Barbie Girl" and by golly, she is as glamorous as Barbie, except when she is rolling in a mud hole which is one of her favorite things to do.

Here I am doing my best Cesar Millan imitation, running with my pack!

But, truth be told, here is the real leader of the pack!
